Graduates of Fernandez Colleges are spread across the globe employed in various fields from the academic to law enforcement. Prior to graduation, students are given industry immersion to prepare them for the world of work or for entrepreneurship. Fernandez College also holds job fairs, additional training, and other supplementary activities.

Fernandez College has a mission to produce highly skilled and globally competent students. Its role is not just only to provide quality education, moral values, and ethics but to provide them assistance they need to become successful in the field of their chosen career.

Fernandez Colleges established a program to assist students in finding jobs after graduation embodied in the Employment Assistance Office. The Employment Assistance Office conducts orientations and seminars yearly to guide the students on what to do and what not to do in applying for a job. Orientations and Seminars tackle different topics such as the application process, proper dressing in an interview, resume writing, and basic guides on how to become successful in their fields. Job fairs are also conducted every first week of March to hasten the job search process of the students.

After graduation, the Employment Assistance Office monitors the graduates on their status. Unemployed graduates will be asked to submit their resume at the Employment Assistance Office. The office will then refer them to hiring companies through sending their resumes via email and by personal referral.

Fernandez College continuously helps its graduates from the time they enroll up to the time they become successful in their careers.
