For Academic Year 2026–2027, Fernandez College of Arts and Technology (FCAT) officially implemented the Online School Information and Registration Service (OSIRiS) in partnership with HeadStart Business Solutions, Inc.
The implementation of OSIRIS aims to streamline school services by providing students with a convenient online portal where they can access their personal information, view their Statement of Account (SOA), monitor payments, and check their grades anytime and anywhere.
The new system also enhances the efficiency of faculty and administrative offices by simplifying grade submission, reducing manual processes, and accelerating the delivery of student services. With OSIRIS, faculty members can encode grades more efficiently, while offices can process student transactions with greater accuracy and speed.
For students, OSIRIS offers greater convenience by allowing them to access their Statement of Account online, eliminating the need to visit campus solely for inquiries. The platform also provides easy access to essential academic records and information, making school transactions more accessible and efficient.
The implementation of OSIRIS marks another milestone in FCAT’s commitment to digital transformation. By embracing technology and innovation, the College continues to improve the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of its services, providing a more seamless and student-centered experience for the entire FCAT community.
